About climb&work

climb&work is a team of experienced, independent rope access technicians led by Olaf Lenke, who is a carpenter by trade. Depending on the project, the team can be made up of almost any number of suitable members. This enables us to to react individually to every project. The team or single members can be booked by the hour and by the day.

The project- and team leader is always the owner Olaf Lenke himself, and he is the customer's point of contact. This facilitates a consistent level of quality, reliability and flexibility.

climb&work first saw the light of day in 2004, and is ready to commit mischief anywhere in Germany. Our satisfied customers include the Munich public utility company, ThyssenKrupp and the Linde AG.

The owner of climb&work - Olaf Lenke completed an apprenticeship as a carpenter, a trade which he practiced for many years. The funded two-year training as a state-certified construction technician, as well as an occupational safety specialist of the BG (Part A) enabled him to set up an independent business. Thus he worked as a freelance construction supervisor in the field of façade restoration, and as a specialist engineer in the field of industrial scaffolding construction. The training in rope access (following the guidelines of FISAT) in levels 1, 2, and 3 enabled him to work as a rope access technician.

As a husband, and father of two sons, Olaf Lenke has been the head of  climb&work for five years now.
